About The Position

Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one care to children or adults with developmental disabilities in their homes. The role involves providing supervision and assistance with daily activities and personal care. Flexible scheduling is offered to align with caregivers’ work needs and career goals. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 6 months of verifiable professional experience in the field.
• Must pass a background check and reference check.
• Must have a current TB test, physical, CPR certification, and First Aid certification, valid within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and supervise the client to support safety.
• Assist with behavioral activities.
• Assist with chores and homework, and maintain the client’s or family’s routine.
• Provide before- and after-school care.
• Provide hygiene care as needed.
• Be comfortable providing different levels of personal care.
