About The Position

Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one care to children or adults with developmental disabilities in their homes. The role includes engaging and supervising clients for safety, assisting with behavioral activities and daily routines, and providing personal care at varying levels as needed. Caregivers may also assist with chores, homework, and before- and after-school care. The position pays $19.00 per hour. Cambrian offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay deposited directly into the employee’s account, 24/7 support from the office team, employee recognition, and referral bonuses. A $200 sign-on bonus is also offered.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
At least 6 months of verifiable professional experience in the field.
Ability to pass a background check and reference check.
Current TB test, physical, CPR certification, and First Aid certification; these must be valid within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Engage and supervise the client to maintain safety.
Assist with behavioral activities.
Assist with chores and homework and maintain the client’s or family’s routine.
Provide before- and after-school care.
Provide hygiene care as needed and be comfortable providing different levels of personal care.
