Caregivers for Clients with Developmental Disabilities
About The Position
Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one care to children or adults with developmental disabilities in their homes. The role includes supervising and engaging clients, supporting behavioral activities and daily routines, and providing personal care as needed. The company offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, a 24/7 supportive office team, employee recognition, referral bonuses, and a $200 sign-on bonus. The hourly wage is $19.00. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- At least 6 months of verifiable professional experience in the field.
- Must be able to pass a background check and reference check.
- Must have a current TB test, physical, CPR certification, and First Aid certification, valid within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Engage with and supervise the client to support safety.
- Assist with behavioral activities.
- Help with chores and homework, and maintain the client’s and family’s routine.
- Provide before- and after-school care.
- Provide hygiene care as needed.
- Be comfortable providing different levels of personal care.
