Caregivers for Clients with Developmental Disabilities
About The Position
Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one care to children or adults with developmental disabilities in their homes. The role includes engaging and supervising clients for safety, supporting behavioral activities, helping with chores and homework, maintaining client and family routines, providing before- and after-school care, and assisting with hygiene as needed. Caregivers must be comfortable providing different levels of personal care. The position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, a supportive office team available 24/7, employee recognition, a referral bonus, and a $200 sign-on bonus. The hourly wage is $19.00.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have at least 6 months of verifiable professional experience in the field.
- Must be able to pass a background check and reference check.
- Must have a current TB test, physical, CPR certification, and First Aid certification, valid within 30 days of hire.
- Must be comfortable providing different levels of personal care.
