About The Position

Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one care to children or adults with developmental disabilities in their homes. The role includes supervising and engaging clients, supporting behavioral activities, helping with daily routines and personal care, and providing before- and after-school care. Caregivers must be comfortable providing different levels of personal care. The position pays $19.00 per hour and offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, a supportive office team available 24/7, employee recognition, referral bonuses, and a $200 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have at least 6 months of verifiable professional experience in the field.
Must pass a background check and reference check.
Must have a current TB test, physical, CPR certification, and First Aid certification, valid within 30 days of hire.
Must be comfortable providing different levels of personal care.

Responsibilities

Engage and supervise the client to ensure safety.
Support behavioral activities.
Assist with chores and homework, and maintain the client’s and family’s routine.
Provide before- and after-school care.
Provide hygiene care as needed.
