About The Position

Aloma Healthcare, Inc. is hiring an experienced caregiver for a client in Cleveland, Texas. The caregiver will provide compassionate, one-on-one support to seniors and individuals with disabilities, injuries, mobility difficulties, or illnesses. The role includes personal care and hygiene, help with mobility and daily activities, meal preparation, and household tasks. Requirements

At least one year of prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every day.
Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
High school diploma or equivalent, or experience as a caregiver.
Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and remain organized.

Take pride in providing high-quality care.

Nice To Haves

CNA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide personal hygiene assistance, including showering, bathing, dressing, and eating.
Help clients with mobility at home and outside, including attending appointments, walks, and grocery shopping.
Assist with personal care and hygiene.
Plan and prepare meals, and assist clients with meals, including serving.
Perform housekeeping duties, including laundry and light house cleaning.
Report unusual incidents and respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
Offer activities that support clients’ daily living.
Provide companion care as needed.
Enforce health and safety standards.
