About The Position

Aloma Healthcare, Inc. is hiring an experienced caregiver for a client in Cleveland, Texas. The caregiver will provide compassionate, one-on-one assistance to a senior, including personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, housekeeping, and companionship. The client requires the caregiver to be vaccinated. Applicants should be dedicated to providing high-quality care and able to work independently while following health and safety standards.

Requirements

Must be vaccinated as required by the client.
At least one year of prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care.
High school diploma or equivalent, or experience as a caregiver.
Valid driver's license and reliable daily transportation.
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
Ability to act compassionately and supportively.
Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
Able to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and maintain an organized, customer-friendly approach.

Nice To Haves

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal hygiene and basic needs, including showering, bathing, dressing, and eating.
Help the client with mobility in the home and outdoors, including travel to appointments, walks, and grocery shopping.
Plan and prepare meals, and assist with serving meals.
Perform housekeeping duties, including laundry and light cleaning.
Provide personal care and hygiene assistance, including incontinence care.
Offer companionship and activities that support daily living.
Report unusual incidents and respond quickly and responsibly to emergencies.
