About The Position

Aloma Healthcare, Inc. has an immediate opening for an experienced caregiver serving a client in Spring, Texas. The caregiver will provide compassionate, one-on-one support to seniors and individuals with disabilities, injuries, mobility difficulties, or illnesses. The role includes personal care, assistance with daily living, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. The position pays $11–$16 per hour based on experience.

Requirements

At least one year of prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or an in-home care environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation.
Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
High school diploma or equivalent, or experience as a caregiver.
Pleasant, customer-friendly, self-starting, and organized, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently independently.
Enjoys working one-on-one with clients and is eager to improve and learn new skills.
Takes pride in providing high-quality care.

Nice To Haves

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide personal hygiene assistance, including showering, bathing, dressing, and eating.
Help clients with mobility in and around the home and on outings such as doctor’s appointments, walks, and grocery shopping.
Assist with personal care and hygiene.
Plan and prepare meals, and assist clients with meals, including serving.
Perform housekeeping duties, including laundry and light cleaning.
Report unusual incidents and respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
Provide activities and assistance essential to clients’ daily living.
Provide companionship and compassionate support.
