About The Position

Aloma Healthcare, Inc. is hiring an experienced caregiver for a client in Spring, Texas. The role supports seniors and individuals with disabilities, injuries, mobility difficulties, or illnesses, providing compassionate one-on-one care and assistance with daily living. Duties include personal hygiene and mobility assistance, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. Applicants should be compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently. The position offers $11–$16 per hour based on experience.

Requirements

At least one year of prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every day.
Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
Ability to act compassionately and supportively.
Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
High school diploma or equivalent, or experience as a caregiver.
Enjoy working one-on-one with clients and be eager to improve and learn new skills.
Be pleasant and customer-friendly, self-starting, organized, and able to manage tasks efficiently independently.
Take pride in providing high-quality care and strive to exceed client expectations.

Nice To Haves

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide personal hygiene assistance, including help with showering, bathing, dressing, and eating.
Help clients move around the home and accompany them outside for activities such as medical appointments, walks, and grocery shopping.
Assist with personal care and hygiene.
Plan and prepare meals, and assist clients with meals, including serving.
Perform housekeeping duties.
Report unusual incidents and respond quickly and responsibly to emergencies.
Offer activities essential to clients’ daily living.
