About The Position
Aloma Healthcare, Inc. is hiring an experienced caregiver for a client in Livingston, Texas. The caregiver will provide compassionate, one-on-one care to a senior, including personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. The family also requests help with laundry, light house cleaning, incontinence care, bathing, and cooking. Aloma Healthcare, Inc. is a certified, licensed, insured, and bonded agency based in The Woodlands, Texas. The company provides care services to individuals with disabilities, injuries, mobility difficulties, or illnesses. The position pays $11–$16 per hour, based on experience.
Requirements
- At least one year of prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or experience as a caregiver.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every day.
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
- Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
- Able to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and remain organized.
- Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and be eager to improve and learn new skills.
- Pleasant, customer-friendly, and self-starting approach.
- Enjoy providing clients with exceptional care.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal hygiene assistance, including showering, bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Help clients move around the house and outside, including to appointments, on walks, and while grocery shopping.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene.
- Plan and prepare meals, and assist clients with meals, including serving.
- Perform housekeeping duties.
- Report unusual incidents and respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
- Offer activities essential to daily living.
- Provide requested household assistance, including laundry, light cleaning, incontinence care, cooking, and companionship.
