About The Position

New Horizons is hiring a caregiver to provide companionship and practical support to clients in their homes. No healthcare experience is required; paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities to develop skills are provided. Caregivers are matched with clients based on preferences and comfort level and help clients maintain independence at home. The role offers flexible scheduling, with full-time or variable hours, and 24/7 scheduling support. Pay is $21–$25 per hour, based on shift.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Have reliable transportation and be able to drive during shifts as needed.
• Be able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Enjoy helping others and want meaningful, flexible work.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PSW, DSP, or home care aide (HCA).

Responsibilities
