About The Position

New Horizons is hiring caregivers to provide companionship and support to clients in their homes. No healthcare experience is required; the company provides paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow caregiving skills. Caregivers are matched with clients based on their preferences and comfort level, and receive 24/7 scheduling support. The role offers flexible scheduling, with full-time or variable hours available, and daily pay is available. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour, depending on shift.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive during shifts as needed.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must enjoy helping others.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PSW, DSP, or home care aide (HCA) is a plus, but not required.
