About The Position

New Horizons is hiring a Caregiver to help clients remain independent at home. No healthcare experience is required; the employer provides paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow skills. Caregivers are matched with clients based on preferences and comfort level, and receive mentorship and access to 24/7 scheduling support. The role offers flexible scheduling, with full-time or variable hours, and pay of $22 per hour based on shift. Daily pay is available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Have reliable transportation and be able to drive during shifts as needed.
• Be able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Enjoy helping others and want meaningful, flexible work.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PSW, DSP, or home care aide (HCA).
