About The Position

New Horizons is hiring caregivers to provide in-home support and companionship. No healthcare experience is needed; the company provides paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities to develop skills. Caregivers can choose a flexible schedule, including full-time or variable hours, and are matched with clients based on preferences and comfort level. The position pays $22 per hour, based on shift, and offers 24/7 scheduling support. Daily pay is available.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive during shifts as needed.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Healthcare or caregiving experience is not required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PSW, DSP, or home care aide (HCA).
• Interest in helping others and doing meaningful work.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to clients.
• Help clients with meals, errands, and daily tasks.
• Assist clients with personal care.
• Support clients in maintaining independence at home.
