About The Position

New Horizons is hiring a Caregiver to support clients in staying independent at home. No healthcare experience is required; paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities to develop skills are provided. Caregivers are matched with clients based on preferences and comfort level and can choose a flexible schedule, including full-time or variable hours. The role offers 24/7 scheduling support, daily pay availability, a supportive team and mentorship, medical health benefits, and a $500 annual education credit. Pay is $20–$24 per hour, based on shift.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Have reliable transportation and the ability to drive during shifts as needed.
• Be able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Enjoy helping others.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PSW, DSP, or home care aide (HCA).
