About The Position

New Horizons is hiring caregivers to provide in-home support and companionship. No healthcare experience is needed; the company provides paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities to build skills. Caregivers are matched with clients based on their preferences and comfort level, and receive 24/7 scheduling support. The role offers flexible scheduling, with full-time or variable hours available, and pay of $21–$25 per hour based on shift.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive during shifts as needed.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must enjoy helping others and be interested in meaningful, flexible work.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PSW, DSP, or home care aide (HCA) is a plus, but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to clients.
• Help clients with meals, errands, and daily tasks.
• Assist clients with personal care.
• Support clients in maintaining their independence at home.
