About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare Caregivers provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. The role supports clients’ daily needs while helping them maintain dignity, privacy, and independence. Care is tailored to people of varying ages, physical conditions, and cognitive abilities.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
At least six months of caregiving experience, professional or familial, including caring for a family member.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Current CPR certification, or ability to obtain it before the start date.
Accountability, reliability, and ability to work independently with good judgment.
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with meal preparation.
Provide housekeeping and other light duties as assigned.
Offer companionship.
Assist with personal hygiene care.
Provide transportation assistance.
Work responsibly with confidential information and independently using good judgment.
