About The Position

Sharp Home Care is hiring a dependable Personal Care Assistant, Caregiver, or Certified Nursing Assistant for a one-on-one home care assignment in Decatur, Georgia. This opportunity is described as a short, flexible shift focused on one client.

The role provides non-medical assistance based on the client’s individual needs and care plan, helping promote the client’s comfort, safety, dignity, and independence while they remain at home.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or another healthcare setting is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Offer companionship and friendly social interaction.
• Prepare light meals and assist with basic household needs.
• Help keep the client’s living area safe and comfortable.
• Follow the client’s individualized care and service plan.
• Maintain accurate care documentation.
• Communicate respectfully with the client, family, and Sharp Home Care team.
