About The Position

Always Best Care is seeking dependable, compassionate CNAs and HCAs to provide non-medical in-home care to older adults in Seattle and surrounding communities. The role supports clients’ comfort, dignity, safety, and independence at home through personalized assistance and meaningful companionship. Daytime shifts of 4–8 hours are available, with flexible scheduling. Weekend availability is preferred. Compensation is $23–$25 per hour, based on experience and certifications, with weekly pay.

Requirements

• CNA or HCA certification.
• At least one year of experience supporting older adults.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and willingness to drive clients.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability for day shifts and short shifts.
• Clear background check and drug test.
• Comfort working around dogs and cats.

Nice To Haves

• High school degree or GED preferred.
• Weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with clients through friendly conversation and attentive care.
• Assist clients with grooming, meal planning, and daily activities.
• Keep clients’ living spaces neat, secure, and comfortable.
• Escort clients to healthcare visits, shopping, and community events.
• Tailor assistance to each client’s needs, preferences, and abilities.
