About The Position
ComForCare Home Health Care Pima County is seeking compassionate, dedicated Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Tucson, Arizona. Full-time and part-time positions are available immediately. The role supports clients in living comfortably in their own homes through personalized care and assistance with daily activities, mobility, meals, household tasks, companionship, medication reminders, transportation, and communication about changes in client well-being.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or CNA experience is preferred but not required.
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a dependable, punctual work ethic.
- Ability to assist with physical tasks, including lifting and transferring clients.
Nice To Haves
- CPR/First Aid certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to support their safety and comfort.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ health and well-being.
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
- Document and communicate changes in client condition to supervisors.
