Caregiver - Full-Time/Part-Time
About The Position
Always Best Care is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care to older adults in Seattle and surrounding communities. Caregivers help clients feel safe, comfortable, valued, and independent in their own homes through companionship, everyday support, and individualized care that respects each client’s preferences. The role serves areas including Shoreline, Lynnwood, Northgate, Bothell, Kenmore, Ballard, University District, Maple Leaf, and nearby locations. Day shifts and short shifts are available. Pay is $23–$25 per hour, depending on certifications and experience.
Requirements
- CNA or HCA certification.
- Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and willingness to drive clients.
- At least one year of experience supporting older adults.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Availability for day shifts and short shifts.
- Clear background check and drug test.
- Comfortable working around dogs and cats.
Nice To Haves
- High school degree or GED preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful connections with clients through companionship, conversation, and everyday support.
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and daily routines.
- Keep clients’ homes tidy, organized, safe, and welcoming.
- Provide transportation and accompany clients to medical visits, shopping trips, and social activities.
- Deliver individualized care that respects clients’ preferences, comfort, and independence.
