Caregiver: Full-Time/Part-Time
About The Position
Seeking a caring and compassionate caregiver to provide in-home assistance to a Korean-speaking client in the Seattle area. Proficiency in spoken Korean is essential to ensure clear communication with the client regarding personal care, safety needs, daily routines, and companionship. This role involves helping older adults with everyday tasks, building meaningful connections, and offering caring support so they can enjoy a secure, happy, and independent life at home. Always Best Care combines national strength and standards with local accessibility and personal service, helping families throughout Seattle and surrounding communities by providing non-medical in-home care and independent and assisted living referral services.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
- CNA or HCA certification required
- One year or more of experience supporting older adults
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
- Clear background check and drug test
- Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)
- Fluent in Korean and English
Nice To Haves
- Prefer a high school degree or GED
- Availability on weekends is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and friendly assistance.
