About The Position
Join a compassionate in-home care team supporting older adults across Shoreline, Lynnwood, Northgate, Bothell, Kenmore, Ballard, the University District, Maple Leaf, and nearby areas. We’re seeking caring, dependable caregivers for daytime shifts, offering meaningful one-on-one support while helping clients stay comfortable, safe, and independent at home. Make each day brighter for older adults by offering attentive assistance, friendly connection, and encouragement that helps them feel secure, respected, and confident at home.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
- CNA or HCA certification required
- One year or more of experience supporting older adults
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
- Clear background check and drug test
- Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)
Nice To Haves
- Prefer a high school degree or GED
- weekend availability is appreciated
Responsibilities
- Build genuine connections through friendly companionship and caring support.
- Help with personal care, meals, and daily activities while encouraging independence.
- Keep clients’ homes comfortable, tidy, and safe.
- Assist with rides to appointments, errands, and social activities.
- Provide dependable care tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
