About The Position
Mana Resources is hiring Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals in Nampa, Idaho to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Caregivers help create a safe, supportive, and welcoming home while encouraging independence and personal growth. The agency offers full-time, part-time, and weekend opportunities, including swing and awake overnight shifts, and will work with employees to find a consistent schedule that fits their availability and staffing needs. Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meals, and medication assistance.
- Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.

- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
- Document daily activities and communicate with the team.
