About The Position

ComForCare franchisees hire caregivers—including Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), Home Companions, and Personal Care Aides—to provide non-medical home care services in clients’ homes. Caregivers support seniors’ well-being and independence through care and companionship, helping clients live fulfilling lives at home. The position may suit people beginning a home care career as well as experienced aides. Shifts are available throughout the metro area, and the franchise office considers caregivers’ availability and preferred locations when setting schedules. Orientations are held weekly. Caregivers receive competitive pay, training, and opportunities for advancement. Franchise offices describe their work environment as open and friendly, offer preliminary and ongoing specialized training and home care education, and aim to support caregiver job satisfaction. Caregivers are treated with respect and dignity, thoughtfully matched with compatible clients, and supported in the field. Requirements

Responsibilities

Provide non-medical home care services to clients in their homes.
