About The Position
Mana Resources is hiring Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a safe, supportive, and welcoming home. The role involves helping individuals with daily living activities and personal care, encouraging independence and personal growth, providing companionship and emotional support, and participating in community activities. Mana Resources offers full-time, part-time, and weekend opportunities, with scheduling intended to accommodate availability and staffing needs. A $300 hiring bonus is offered after 60 days of employment.
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Valid driver's license and reliable, registered, and insured transportation.
- CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification are required; details are provided during onboarding.
- Genuine desire to make a difference.

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meals, and medication assistance.
