About The Position

Suite Living Senior Care is hiring Caregivers for its Burnsville assisted living and memory care community. Caregivers work directly with residents to provide personalized, person-centered care and support. Candidates may be experienced or newly certified; training is provided for medication administration. New team members complete a four-day onboarding program Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Arden Hills, Minnesota training center. Ongoing leadership support and a team member development program with wage increases are also offered. Available shifts are AM (6 a.m.–2 p.m.) and PM (2 p.m.–10 p.m.). Part-time availability is offered, and all part-time and full-time shifts require availability to work every other weekend.

Requirements

At least 6 months of caregiving experience; assisted living or memory care experience is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be available to work every other weekend for part-time and full-time shifts.

Nice To Haves

CNA certification is preferred but not required.
CPR/First Aid knowledge is preferred.
Assisted living or memory care caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Support resident mobility and transfers within the facility.
Assist with medication administration after training.
Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
Assist with light housekeeping and meals.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to the leadership team.
Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
