About The Position
Home Helpers Home Care is hiring a caregiver in the Ketchum area to provide reliable, high-quality care that helps patients remain safely and independently in their own homes. Personal Care Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants are important to the services the team provides. Prior experience is not required; the company offers paid, in-office training. Pay is based on certifications and experience, with additional hourly shift differentials of $1 to $4 on select shifts. Flexible scheduling and Daily Pay are offered.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Pass a background check according to state requirements.
- Be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving, clean meal preparation areas, and help patients eat when needed and applicable.
- Provide personal care, including tub, shower, or bed baths; dressing; grooming; denture care; and skin care.
- Perform housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out trash, dusting, cleaning the refrigerator, and washing and putting away dishes.
- Complete laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away laundry, including at a laundromat if needed.
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up medical supplies, and going to the post office.
- Be reliable and dependable, arrive on time, and rarely be absent from work.
