About The Position

The Busser maintains a clean and inviting restaurant by clearing and wiping tables, stocking products, performing housekeeping functions, and engaging with guests to help meet their needs. The role reports to the Restaurant Manager and includes following opening and closing procedures, completing side work, and assisting elsewhere as business volumes and staffing levels require. Applications are accepted until November 8, 2026.

• Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, individually or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated restaurant opening and closing procedures, including housekeeping in restaurant, bar, and restroom areas.
• Keep food items stocked and alert the manager when items are out of stock.
• Complete side work to prepare the restaurant for service.
• Engage with guests and help meet their needs.
• Clean and clear tables efficiently.
• Keep bus stations clean, including removing trash, recycling, and composting.
• Move tables, chairs, and bus stations to facilitate housekeeping.
• Complete tasks and projects delegated by the manager and assist elsewhere as business volumes and staff levels demand.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
