About The Position

The Busser maintains a clean and inviting restaurant facility by clearing and wiping tables, stocking products, performing housekeeping functions, and engaging with guests to ensure their needs are met. The position reports to the Restaurant Manager. This is a regular part-time, year-round role at Limelight Ketchum, with a budgeted pay rate of $12.00 per hour plus tips and compensation listed as up to $12.00 hourly. Responsibilities

• Follow designated restaurant opening and closing procedures, including housekeeping in restaurant, bar, and restroom areas.
• Ensure food items are stocked and alert the manager when items are out of stock.
• Complete side work to prepare the restaurant for service.
• Engage with guests and help ensure their needs are met.
• Clean and clear tables efficiently.
• Keep bus stations clean, including removing trash, recycling, and composting.
• Move tables, chairs, and bus stations to facilitate housekeeping.
• Complete tasks and projects delegated by the manager and assist elsewhere as business volumes and staffing levels demand.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
