About The Position

The Busser maintains a clean and inviting restaurant by clearing and wiping tables, stocking products, performing housekeeping functions, and engaging with guests to help meet their needs. The position reports to the Restaurant Manager. Applications are accepted until October 25, 2026.

This is a regular part-time position. The role is based at Limelight Ketchum and includes restaurant, bar, and restroom housekeeping, as well as duties that support service and may be adjusted to business volume and staffing needs.

Requirements

• Prior guest service experience is preferred.
• Prior restaurant work experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Understanding of how to assist customers and meet their needs effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with team members and customers.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under stressful circumstances.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in processes, customer flow, environments, and tasks.
• Ability to engage with customers in a positive and helpful manner.
• Ability to collaborate with others to achieve team goals.
• Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, walk, or be on one's feet for extended periods.
• Ability to work for extended periods in wet, hot, and humid conditions and walk on slippery and uneven surfaces.
• Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, individually or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated restaurant opening and closing procedures, including housekeeping in restaurant, bar, and restroom areas.
• Stock food items and alert the manager when items are out of stock.
• Complete side work to prepare the restaurant for service.
• Engage with guests and help ensure their needs are met.
• Clean and clear tables efficiently.
• Maintain clean bus stations, including removing trash, recycling, and composting.
• Move tables, chairs, and bus stations to facilitate housekeeping.
• Complete tasks and projects delegated by the manager and assist elsewhere as business volumes and staffing levels demand.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
