Twin Falls Area Caregiver 250 Sign On Bonus
About The Position
Home Helpers Home Care is hiring caregivers, Personal Care Aides, and Certified Nursing Assistants to help patients remain independent and safe in their own homes. Prior experience is not required. The company provides paid, in-office training. Pay is based on certifications and experience, with additional differentials of $1 to $4 per hour on select shifts and flexible scheduling. Daily Pay is available, allowing employees to receive payment the day after working. Eligible employees can receive a $250 sign-on bonus in two $125 installments. To qualify for each installment, employees must work at least 20 hours per week during the applicable pay period; otherwise, that installment is forfeited.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Pass a background check as required by state requirements.
- Be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Assist with meal preparation, serving meals, cleaning meal preparation areas, and helping patients eat as needed.
- Provide personal care, including baths, dressing, grooming, denture care, and skin care.
- Perform housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out trash, dusting, cleaning the refrigerator, and washing and putting away dishes.
- Do laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothing, and use a laundromat if needed.
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up medical supplies, and going to the post office.
- Be reliable, dependable, rarely absent, and punctual.
