About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care is hiring Personal Care Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to help patients remain independent and safe in their own homes. Prior experience is not required. The company provides paid, in-office training, competitive pay based on certifications and experience, and flexible scheduling. Daily Pay is available, allowing employees to receive pay the day after working. Eligible employees may receive a $250 sign-on bonus in two $125 installments, subject to working at least 20 hours per week during each applicable pay period. Select shifts offer an additional $1 to $4 per hour in shift differentials.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation.
Pass a background check according to state requirements.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Assist with meal preparation and serving, clean meal preparation areas, and help patients eat as needed and applicable.
Provide personal care, including baths, dressing, grooming, denture care, and skin care.
Perform housekeeping, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out trash, dusting, cleaning the refrigerator, and washing and putting away dishes.
Complete laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away laundry; use a laundromat when needed.
Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up medical supplies, and going to the post office.
Be reliable, dependable, punctual, and rarely absent from work.
