About The Position

The Area Care Tech (ACT) supports clients when regular staff are unavailable, helping maintain continuity of care across multiple clients and locations. The role involves providing care in various client homes across assigned areas and is suited to experienced caregivers or CNAs comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Eligible employees may receive a $250 sign-on bonus in two $125 installments, provided they work at least 20 hours per week during each applicable pay period. The posting also offers daily pay, allowing employees to work today and get paid tomorrow.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have an active CNA or PCA license, or be willing to become a PCA.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Maintain current auto insurance.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Be willing to travel to client homes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming.
