About The Position

The Area Care Tech (ACT) supports clients when regular staff are unavailable, maintaining continuity of care across multiple clients and locations. The role is suited to dependable, compassionate caregivers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing quality care. The ACT travels to client homes across assigned areas and responds quickly to client needs.

Compensation is described as competitive pay with a $250 monthly bonus. Daily Pay is offered, allowing employees to work today and get paid tomorrow.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have an active CNA or PCA license, preferred, or be willing to become a PCA.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Maintain current auto insurance.
• Pass a clean background check and drug screening.
• Be willing to travel to client homes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Support safe mobility and transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Document care activities and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Respond quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas.
