About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide one-to-one in-home support for aging adults in Saratoga, California, with travel within Santa Clara County required. The role is available full time or part time, with all shifts currently hiring. Pay is $22.00–$25.00 per hour. Caregivers help clients with personal care, household tasks, transportation, and companionship. Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
California HCA registration, including meeting state background requirements; TheKey can help obtain registration upon hire.
Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB clearance or chest X-ray.
Must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States.
Applicants must meet California fingerprint identification requirements; a conditional offer will be rescinded if an applicant has a non-exemptible conviction, subject to applicable state and local laws.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and grocery shop.
Provide companionship and social and emotional support through games, puzzles, or other activities.
