About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide one-to-one, in-home care for aging adults in Seaside and nearby communities, including Monterey, Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach, and Carmel. Caregivers support clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with hiring across all shifts. Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
California HCA registration; TheKey can help the employee obtain it upon hire.
Meet state background requirements, including timely and accurate fingerprint identification.
Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB clearance or chest X-ray.
Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Drive clients to appointments and assist with errands and grocery shopping.
