About The Position

TheKey is hiring full-time or part-time caregivers to provide one-to-one in-home assistance to aging adults in Campbell, California, with travel within Santa Clara County required. Caregivers support clients’ personal care, household needs, transportation, and social and emotional well-being. The role is offered at $22.00–$25.00 per hour, and all shifts are currently available. Requirements

At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
California HCA registration, including meeting state background requirements; TheKey can help the employee obtain registration upon hire.
Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB clearance or chest X-ray.
Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with state background-screening requirements.
Must be able to travel within Santa Clara County.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and shop for groceries.
Provide companionship and social and emotional support through activities such as games and puzzles.
