About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide one-to-one, in-home care for aging adults in Campbell, California, with travel within Santa Clara County required. The role is available full-time or part-time, across all shifts, and pays $22.00–$25.00 per hour. Caregivers support clients’ daily needs and help promote their quality of life through personal care, household assistance, transportation, and companionship. Employment is subject to state background-screening requirements, eligibility to work in the United States, and California fingerprint identification requirements. Requirements

At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration, including meeting state background requirements; TheKey can help obtain registration after hire.
Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB clearance or chest X-ray.
Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with state background-screening requirements.
Applicants must meet California fingerprint identification requirements; a conditional offer will be rescinded for a non-exemptible crime, in compliance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

Assist clients one-to-one with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
Provide light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and go grocery shopping.
Provide companionship through games, puzzles, and other social and emotional activities.
