About The Position

TheKey is hiring full-time or part-time Caregivers to provide one-to-one in-home assistance to aging adults in Saratoga, California, with travel within Santa Clara County required. Caregivers support clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. The role pays $22.00–$25.00 per hour, and candidates must be able to work across shifts. Bilingual ability and being a driver are considered a plus. Requirements

At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration, including meeting state background requirements; TheKey can assist with obtaining registration after hire.
Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB clearance or chest X-ray.
Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with applicable state background-screening requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Drive clients to appointments and run errands, including grocery shopping.
