About The Position
Caring Senior Service is hiring compassionate and reliable Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide individualized in-home care to seniors in Corpus Christi, Port Aransas, Beeville, and surrounding areas. The role helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes while supporting their quality of life. Pay is $12–$14 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available, with flexible day, evening, overnight, weekend, and extended shifts. Requirements
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
- Consistent attendance and professional communication.
- Compassionate, responsible, and dependable approach to providing care.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a CNA, HHA, or PCA is appreciated but not required for all positions.
- Experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, memory care, dementia care, hospice, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or private-duty caregiving is encouraged.
- Bilingual applicants are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Support mobility, walking, and safe transfers.
- Assist with toileting and incontinence care.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Help with errands and transportation needs.
- Accompany seniors to medical appointments.
- Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
- Keep the home environment safe and comfortable.
- Respect client privacy, dignity, and independence.
- Communicate with families and the care team.
- Record care activities during each shift.
