About The Position

Griswold Care for the Greater Twin Cities is hiring a part-time Caregiver around Circle Pines. This companionship and non-medical caregiving role helps seniors live as fully and independently as possible in their own homes. Caregivers assist with tasks such as laundry, grocery shopping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, bathing, and feeding, while respecting each client’s dignity. The role may also involve providing companionship to clients with dementia or cognitive impairments. Caregivers document each shift, submit timely updates, and communicate routinely with the office about clients’ conditions and needs. Hours are flexible and may include day or night shifts. Client care needs range from as little as four hours to 24-hour care, and hours may change based on client needs, care plan adjustments, and staffing requirements. Compensation is $19.00–$22.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Be exceptionally punctual and dependable for all scheduled shifts.
Pass a background check.
