About The Position

TheKey is hiring in-home caregivers to provide one-to-one support to aging adults in their homes in Spokane Valley, South Hill, North Side, and surrounding communities. Caregivers help clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. The role offers full-time and part-time availability, multiple shifts, and pay of $20–$24 per hour. TheKey describes itself as North America’s largest provider of private-pay in-home care for aging seniors and provides local caregiver support.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
• CNA or HCA certification, or ability to obtain certification within 120 days of hire.
• CPR certification.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to drive clients, with a vehicle, car insurance, and vehicle registration.
• Must comply with state background screening requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and shop for groceries.
• Provide companionship and social and emotional support through games, puzzles, and other activities.
