About The Position
TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide one-to-one in-home support to aging adults in Denver and surrounding Metro areas. Caregivers assist clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules, with shifts available Monday through Sunday; weekend availability is highly preferred. The advertised pay rate is $19.50–$22 per hour, with weekly pay and optional daily pay through PayActiv. Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
- Comply with state background screening requirements.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
- Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Drive clients to appointments and run errands, including grocery shopping.
- Provide companionship and social and emotional support through activities such as games and puzzles.
