About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide one-to-one, in-home assistance to aging adults in Denver and surrounding metro areas. Caregivers support clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. The role offers full-time and part-time availability, with shifts available Monday through Sunday; weekend availability, especially Saturday or Sunday, is highly preferred. The stated pay rate is $19.50–$22 per hour, and the position includes weekly pay with optional daily pay through PayActiv. Requirements

At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Drive clients to appointments and assist with errands and grocery shopping.
Provide companionship and social and emotional support through games, puzzles, and other activities.
