About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home assistance to aging adults in Denver and surrounding metro areas. The role offers short shifts and flexible scheduling, with all shifts available Monday through Sunday; Saturday or Sunday availability is highly preferred. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. Pay is $19.50–$22 per hour, with weekly pay and optional daily pay through PayActiv. Caregivers support clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. Candidates must have at least one year of professional caregiving experience, be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have access to a fully insured personal vehicle. Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist clients one-on-one in their homes with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
Perform basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Drive clients to appointments and provide transportation for errands and grocery shopping.
Provide companionship and social and emotional support through games, puzzles, or other activities.
