About The Position

Infallible Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to provide high-quality care that helps clients remain happy, healthy, and in their homes. Caregivers support clients of all ages, including individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer’s, through personal assistance, help with daily living, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The role requires empathy, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. Part-time to full-time employment opportunities are available.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience with seniors; include previous employment history when applying.
• Ability to work independently.
• Treat vulnerable people with empathy, dignity, and respect.
• Pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport clients, with a clean driving record and proof of car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Use first aid skills and knowledge of residents’ rights to support quality care.
• Drive clients to appointments or outings as needed.
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer’s with compassion and empathy.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through meal preparation and light housekeeping.
