About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses to provide one-to-one home care to adult and pediatric clients of varying acuity levels in the Winston-Salem and Greensboro metro area and surrounding Piedmont Triad communities. The role emphasizes individualized care, schedule flexibility, ongoing clinical support, paid training, and mentorship. Daytime, evening, and overnight shifts are available in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour increments. Weekend work is not required. Compensation is $30–$34 per hour in the Piedmont Triad area, including weekend and overnight differentials, with commitment bonuses of $5,000–$10,000 depending on weekly commitment and fast-track onboarding bonuses. BAYADA offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, paid training and career development, 24/7 clinical support, and electronic charting through Statewise. Onboarding is designed around the nurse’s availability, and personalized training includes SIM labs. The role serves clients throughout the region, including Alamance, Chatham, Davie, Davidson, Forsyth, Guilford, Montgomery, Randolph, Rockingham, Rowan, and Stokes counties.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
