About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses to provide one-to-one home care to adult and pediatric clients of varying acuity levels in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina. The role offers flexible scheduling, with daytime, evening, and overnight shifts and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shift options. Service areas include Mt. Airy, Dobson, Lowgap, and other communities across the Piedmont Triad. BAYADA provides efficient onboarding tailored to availability, personalized paid training including SIM labs, skill-building for a range of clients and acuity levels, 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and electronic charting through Statewise. Pay is $30–$34 per hour, with weekend and overnight differentials, commitment bonuses based on weekly commitment, and weekly pay. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
