About The Position

Independent Home Health is seeking kind, dependable individuals to join their growing caregiving team. This role offers the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others by providing one-on-one care. The position is suitable for those with or without prior caregiving experience, as long as they are compassionate, reliable, and willing to learn. Opportunities are available for full-time, part-time, and weekend work.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid drivers license or identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to complete required background checks
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Care Aide, Personal Care Aide, Direct Care Worker, or CNA is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide mobility assistance
• Assist with errands, shopping, or appointments when needed
• Follow individualized care plans and document services provided
